剧情简介: This is the true story of Crawford Trees, who in 1844-1845, traveled on horseback, with nothing but the clothes on his back and a pair of Colt Paterson revolvers, from Illinois via Independence, Mo., to Texas, eventually settling in the wilds of the Texas Crosstimbers region, south of what would later become Dallas, Tx. It is the story of a man and his family\'s struggles on the frontier containing tales of the early Texas Rangers, Comanche and Kiowa depredations, outlaw violence, the California Gold Rush, and the American Civil War.
