剧情简介: \"La Sirena de Barro\" aka \"The Mermaid from Marbella\" is an exceptional story of a romance between a mermaid and a fisherman that embraces the passion of faith and the belief of something beyond our existence. This universal story transcends its mythology from the urban legend of San Juan in 1826 and crosses the border of reality and fantasy. As the legend goes, a time of great drought was suffered by the fishing port of Santa Maria, Veracruz due to the neglect of marine life. Story has it that a fisherman with great faith went to pray at the port and conjured a mermaid in the shadows of the moon. After the appearance of the mermaid, the fish returned to the port and all was well... until a real mermaid came out of the water.
