剧情简介: Linda is addicted to voice recordings of her short-term ex-boyfriend, who has left her to live in Australia. Her housemate Beth confronts her about it, but Linda reacts defensively. The next morning she is invited out with Beth and Kate to a tropical bar. At the bar, Linda approaches Jamie, a marine biologist. They sit down for a chat, but Jamie leaves soon after. Linda walks around in the bar, tries to fit in. Her housemates leave her for another club. She ends up exploring the dancefloor with her recorder, until a woman shouts at her, and she runs out in despair. On the bus back home, she stumbles into Jamie again. He convinces her to listen through some of her recordings, but he doesn\'t get it. Linda opens thr bus window, to get rid of it, and Jamie leans in to kiss her in admiration. But she can\'t let go of it, so he leaves her. As he gets off, Linda does another attempt. The recorder drops, and Jamie turns to pick it up. Their eyes meet, but the bus is already moving and they are taken further and further apart.
