剧情简介: Based on the true 2011 ZHAO Zhifei incident that was widely reported in the Chinese press, a local government employee WANG from Henan travels alone to Beijing for a mini-vacation and is mistaken by goons hired by Henan officials to be a grievance petitioner trying to get the attention of the Central government to address local injustices.
