剧情简介: A film that creates a dialog between a young Chinese woman and her ever changing cityscape, Beijing. In one scene she names the construction cranes as if they were birds, transforming with her imagination the otherwise menacing iron structures into organic forms. The film also explores the isolation and paradox that comes with modernity, for example she has a date with a boy in the military museum in Beijing. They swivel in tanks as if it were an amusement park, and in this strange romance, nowhere in the film do they touch.
