剧情简介: Typhoon Morakot struck Taiwan on Aug. 8, 2009, causing mudslides that washed away villages and taking the lives of over 600 people. The typhoon monster wakes violently, stealing away dreams and hopes of tomorrow. After the storm is over however, the sun shines again, and a rainbow appears. Children illustrate their fears and chase away the terrible monster.
